4 - Returns and Exchange Policy:
a) Manufacturing defect and malfunction - excluding originated by bad handling or assembly. The customer must contact us to report the successful and return the goods immediately upon receipt thereof, to proceed to trial and eventually ensure the replacement of the damaged item, if it is proven our responsibility.
b) Exchanges - All items can be exchanged due to customer dissatisfaction regarding the product or service, provided we are notified within a maximum of 15 days, and the return occurs within 30 days after receipt, accompanied by the invoice purchase. In any of the situations described above, in case of stock outs and if we can not guarantee replacement for an identical product, the customer will have the right to use the credit on purchases of equal or greater value, paying the difference if that is the case. The shipping costs are always the responsibility of the customer unless the return is proven by reason of a defect or error in shipment.
